As artists ourselves, we’ve poured everything into creating a space where creativity thrives and every voice is heard. Every bit of what we earn is reinvested back into this space & community, fueling the programs and opportunities that make a real difference.

These walls house six music production studios, creative offices, a bright & welcoming event space with communal facilities and access to the gritty Faversham Laneway. Our rates are some of (if not the most) affordable around, we do not compromise on quality or comfort with our production rooms. We offer flexible resident memberships and once off hires, we’ll always try to accommodate your studio needs so please enquire. Most of all we aim to enhance a true community spirit within our walls.

At Offbeat Collective, our flexible production spaces cater to various studio needs, including an affordable room for daily hire or part-time residency. Ideal for musicians, producers, vocalists, podcasters, voice actors, and artists, it offers a comfortable, reliable creative environment. Just bring your laptop, plug in, and you're ready to go. Our facilities include high-speed NBN, a communal kitchen with coffee and tea, sitting areas, a bathroom, roller door access to Faversham laneway, and on-street parking.

EVENT SPACE

Offbeat Collective operates on a model of sustainable commerce, not capitalism. Our focus is on creating value for our community by providing services that uplift artists rather than exploit them. GIVING BACK

OUR INITIATIVES

ONE OFF TRAKS is an all female, trans and non-binary writing camp held each year in April.

Our aim is to elevate music created by women, trans & non-binary creatives who are still feeling the burn of the pandemic as well as facing the challenges of working in a male dominated industry.

ONE OFF TRAKS is supported by Beatport, Sony Publishing, JD Sports, Audio Technica, Inner West Council + more.

Offbeat Collective proudly presents the ‘Up Next’ Artist Development Residency - our annual studio access program designed to support artists from creation to release. Supported by the NSW Government, this program offers comprehensive resources and mentorship.

Key partners include Cult Artists, Good Intent, Xelon Entertainment, and Gaga Publishing, ensuring artists receive professional guidance and industry opportunities. From creation to presentation, we empower artists to thrive.

Offbeat Collective presents our monthly Lofi Jam. Held in our gritty warehouse space on the last Wednesday of the month. We encourage artists at all levels to join in the jam held by our house band and hosts. A $10 donation is asked and you are welcome to BYO.
